These terms cover orders for lunch boxes, lunch bags, bottles, backpacks, meal-prep pieces, food-storage containers, and related accessories purchased through this website.

Processing and transit

After payment authorization, we normally prepare an order in about 1–2 business days. Carrier transit is estimated at 3–5 business days and is not guaranteed.

Shipping cost, service, and any qualifying free-shipping offer are the values displayed at checkout. The customer must enter a complete address, reachable email, and valid telephone number; tracking is shared when available.

Delays and delivery issues

Weather, holidays, carrier volume, restrictions, investigations, or address corrections can add time. For a delayed, lost, delivered-but-missing, or damaged parcel, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking code, explanation, and damage images when relevant.
